RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. You may return any unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund or credit within 15 days of delivery by returning the item(s) and referencing your order number to the address below:

Please include a copy of your original invoice or a piece of paper that includes your name and address, a contact phone number, and what you would like for us to do with the return. All Tags must be intact, and items returned in the original packaging. No tags or packaging is subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.


REFUNDS:

Typically refunds are issued within a few days of receiving your return. We will e-mail you when the credit is given. Time when your credit card company issues the credit may take additional time and is beyond our control.

*Debit cards can take longer then actual credit cards.

*Original shipping charges are non refundable.


EXCHANGES:

The quickest way to replace a returned item is to re-order through the website. Then return the item you don't need to us for a refund.


PACKAGING:

Please ensure that you package the items so that they are returned to us in the same shape that we sent them to you. All hats must be returned in a box, not folded. We recommend getting an insured tracking number with your return.

*Please note: Products may be refused for credit upon inspection by our returns department. If your item is deemed non-refundable, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.
